Cancellation Policy

Installation Booking & Cancellation Policy 1. Booking & Deposits Deposit Requirement: A non-refundable deposit of 25% of the total project value is required to secure your installation date. Confirmation: Dates are only guaranteed once the deposit has been received and a "Site Readiness Checklist" has been signed. Payment Terms: The remaining balance is due strictly within 7 days of project completion. 2. Site Readiness (The "Clean Floor" Guarantee) To ensure the maximum lifespan of your floor markings, the installation area must meet the following criteria before our team arrives: Clearance: All pallets, machinery (where possible), and debris must be removed from the immediate installation zone. Pre-Cleaning: Floors should be swept and free of standing water or heavy grease. Environment: For optimal adhesive bonding, the ambient temperature should be above 10°C. Note: If our team arrives and the site is not ready, a "Standby Fee" of £65 per hour/per person will apply while we wait for the area to be cleared. 3. Cancellations & Rescheduling We understand that warehouse schedules change. However, as we allocate specialized labor and materials to your project, the following fees apply: More than 72 hours notice: You may reschedule your booking once at no additional cost. 24 to 72 hours notice: A rescheduling fee of 10% of the total labor cost will be added to the final invoice. Less than 24 hours notice (or "No Access" on the day): The 25% deposit is forfeited, and a new deposit will be required to rebook. 4. Access & Power Access: The client must ensure our team has access to the facility at the agreed-upon time (including out-of-hours if previously arranged). 5. Post-Installation Care Curing Time: While our tape and signs are "Instant Traffic" ready, we recommend avoiding heavy "pivot turns" with forklifts directly on new markings for the first 2 hours to allow the pressure-sensitive adhesive to reach full strength.
